Delivery, Shipping & Returns

With a minimum purchase of $50, we offer free local delivery within 3 business days to York Region, Ontario
    We ship worldwide, within 3 business days once order has been placed (may increase during high volume times) Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (EST), via Canada Post.
    A confirmation email will be sent when your order is received and another confirming that your order has been shipped. Some orders are shipped out in reused boxes and wrap that make their way to us one way or another.
    Customer is responsible for any duties/custom fees incurred.
    We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.
    Shipping is calculated at checkout. 
    We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. And we understand that you may receive an item as a gift and this item just isn’t right for you.
    If that's the case, a full exchange or store credit will be gladly offered on unopened, unused or undamaged products within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be returned in sealed condition, with all original packaging.
    We regret that we cannot offer exchanges or credit on goods that have been opened or used. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to ensure that you are happy with your experience.

    The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
