Spritz syrup from 3/4 oz. is a non-alcoholic alternative to Italian-style bitter aperitifs. With its taste of bitter orange and its acidic finish, it pairs splendidly with a sparkling wine in a spritz cocktail, or even simply with sparkling water. It can also be used to prepare a Negroni or a Manhattan with a lower alcohol content. The Spritz syrup comes in an amber glass bottle for preservation purposes.

In a glass with ice cubes, add :

• 1 part of Spritz Syrup
• 2-3 parts of sparkling wine
• 1 part sparkling water

Garnish with an orange slice. Stir and enjoy!

For a non alcoholic drink, replace the sparkling wine with more sparkling water and/or fresh juice.
