Our 80% dark chocolate plus a few other winners- crunchy cocoa nibs, peppermint essential oil and a touch of extra coconut sugar. Though, if you're looking for high cocoa content, rest assured: the extra coconut sugar does not reduce the overall cocoa content- the nibs up it to compensate!
