This Italian classic made easy and healthy meal. To make this creamy and flavorful risotto, all you need is simmering broth! Never fuss about having all the right ingredients to make this classic Italian dish.
Heat 4-6 cups broth + keep at a simmer. In a medium pan, heat oil or butter over medium heat. Add contents of the jar. Stir rice approx 2 mins. Add ½ cup of simmering broth to the rice and cook over medium/low heat stirring constantly, until the rice has absorbed all liquid. Add another ½ cup of broth and repeat. Continue adding broth and cooking until all the broth has been absorbed. This should take about 25 minutes. Optional: Stir in a bit of butter or truffle oil and serve with grated Parmesan
