Made from Chocosol Traders in-house blend of the highest quality cacao, these bars are made using roasted cacao nibs, cacao butter, and simple, whole-food ingredients. Chocosol Traders don't make flavoured chocolate- they make chocolate that uses ingredients to change the mouthfeel, flavours, and experience of each unique bar. All made fresh, bean-to-bar in their Toronto kitchens, using a low-heat and low-sheer stone-grinding method to retain the nutrition and complex flavour profiles of cacao in these dark chocolate bars. Their low processing time also gives these bars a rustic, full-bodied mouth-feel and texture that has been perfected over 12 years of recipe development.
All packaged in food-grade, biodegradable packaging.

ChocoSol is a learning community and social enterprise bridging Ontario with communities in Mexico, Ecuador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. We produce bean-to-bar chocolate foods, not chocolate candies.
Our chocolates are made in small, artisanal batches and are free of dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, additives, and preservatives. All our products are horizontally traded, ecological, vegan, nutritious, and delicious. Our stone-grinding techniques and natural ingredients enhance the Xlavour and mouthfeel of our chocolates, but this also means our chocolate is best enjoyed fresh and must be handled and stored with care. The bike part skull on our packaging is reXlective of the Mexican origin and our commitment to pedal-powered research. Good for mind, body, and soil.
